In 1991, Pietro entered the world of real estate and quickly became a downtown penthouse specialist and a top 25 highest grossing broker in Manhattan. In 2004, Pietro launched, marketed and sold The Ritz Carlton Club and Residences in South Beach, Florida. As the Director, he successfully executed an international marketing and sales program generating over 300 million dollars in sales.

Quickly thereafter, Pietro was selected to launch the Mondrian South Beach hotel residence development in Miami Beach, Florida. Under Pietro's skilled leadership the development became one of the fastest-selling projects that year.

Born in New York and raised in Italy, Pietro has an appreciation for different cultures and languages. He is fluent in Italian and is an avid global traveler. He currently resides on The Venetian Islands in Miami Beach.
