For over 17 years, Sherri XL Shang has concentrated her efforts in supplying her clients with viable investments in New York City. Her areas of particular expertise include new condominium developments both at the pre-construction and completed stages as well as commercial and retail building sales.

Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, she was recipient of Century 21's top honor and was awarded the firm's prestigious Triple Centurion Producer Award which is given to the top producing agent in the New York City Metro Area.

Sherri was also recently featured on ABC's Nightline introducing thirty (30) Chinese investors to some of Manhattan's most exclusive properties.

Sherri, who is equally adept at both sales and leasing, has earned a reputation of being highly professional in manner, knowledgeable, dedicated and straightforward. She consistently nourishes long-term relationships with her clients and boasts a client following that is 100% referral based. She maintains an encyclopedic knowledge of Manhattan's neighborhoods and seeks out the absolute best properties for her clients.

Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, Sherri is a classically trained opera singer and a graduate of the Chinese Conservatory of Music in Beijing. Prior to embarking on her real estate career, she continued her musical education at Brooklyn College and Fordham University.
