Miami Beach native Jorge Sanchez is a proficient real estate agent who prides himself in not only achieving the best possible deal for his clients, but in taking the time to connect with them as individuals. Whether he's working with a buyer or seller on a resale transaction or with a developer, he is passionate about the story that each property tells.

"It could be a multimillion dollar new development or a historic quaint property, I always thrive and excel in putting something together from start to finish," says Jorge. "I am drawn to every aspect of seeing an idea in someone's mind come to fruition."

Jorge began his professional real estate career working in the financing sector within the development division of Florida's largest private correspondent lending institution, where he assisted in the financing of over 1,200 residential development units throughout Miami Dade and Broward Counties. His exclusive representations include El Ad Florida, United Homes, Century Homes and Lucky Start in condo conversion and new construction projects. However, even with his incredible success, something was missing. He realized that he could fuse his knowledge of numbers with his love of properties and development into a career in real estate sales.

In 2008 he did just that when he began to focus exclusively on selling real estate. It didn't take long for Jorge to expand his portfolio. This expansion occurred in 2010 when he started working in the sale and marketing of new developments. Utilizing the full scale of his local, national and international resources and relationships, Jorge has consistently ranked number one in sales and dollar volume through his representation of the most recognized local and national developers since the onset of his career.

Jorge's real estate portfolio boasts some of the best-known projects in South Florida. In 2013, Jorge represented Richard LeFrak and Barry Sternlicht in the sale of the residences at 1 Hotel and Homes South Beach, garnering over $65 million in sales within a 12-month period making him the number one sales agent of the project. More recently, he represented New York City based HFZ Capital Group in their residential portfolio in Florida, where he was again the number one agent. Currently, Jorge acts as the Director of Sales for two major projects in Miami Beach: Fasano Residences & Hotel Miami Beach and Terra Group's Eighty Seven Park, which is designed by Prtizker Award-winning architect Renzo Piano.

Jorge is fluent in English and Spanish and currently resides in Miami Beach. His achievements have been acknowledged in the New York Times, Miami Herald, The Real Deal, and Clarin (Argentina).
